    Radiator and valve replacements
    Top man is Harrison Changed some tricky radiators as I had got the wrong size so needed to adapt pipework. Looked at issues regarding leaks and came back to sort an issue that appeared after he left. Very polite, helpful and fair. would not hesitate to recommend.

    Install/replace stopcock
    Great service, fast install, Harrison even helped organise the related pipe so that it was installed more tidily than the previous plumber had left it by drilling a hole in 2 shelves and gave me advice on an unrelated plumbing job. ***Very efficient***

    Leaking shower/bath
    Harrison was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He arranged a visit quickly and sorted everything out in one visit. Would definitely recommend.

    Replace sauna
    Harrison Edward’s was a cheat. Took £250 and left the job unfinished. Do not hire this man. Mybuilder .com should pursue him. Have written to him several times but does not reply. I will be launching an official complain on trust a trader too. I found him on your site. Please contact this man and hold him to contract. Roopa girard

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Roopa I said from the very beginning till the end that there is a possibility that the wiring is not adequate and that was the case.you payed for me to install a suana as stated on the job listing. For me to rewire all the way back to the fuse board is an expensive and time consuming job that I did not quote for. why should I pay for something that was not listed and is very expensive for YOUR property. That is not how this works. I am sorry you feel this way but I simply can not take responsibility as from beginning to end I made this clear that this COULD be an issue. any future customers reading this please look at my other reviews which will highlight the type of person I am.

    Toilet flush not auto stopping
    I was in in meetings all day so could only message via chat with limited info, but he fixed the over flowing toilet flush at my rental property. Appreciate how he came after 5pm and fixed the issue same day I raised it.

    Install new kitchen sink and tap
    Harrison was excellent at installing my new kitchen sink. He was quick to respond to messages, professional and friendly and did a great job at cutting the space for the new sink, installing and tidying up after himself. I would definitely use again!

    New extension: 1 internal H&C tap, 1 external, radiator
    Harrison did an absolutely amazing job. He thinks ahead, and goes above and beyond the basic requirements to make sure the end result is absolutely fit for purpose (eg, he wasn't happy with the fixings for my mammoth radiator and drove off to get stronger ones, which he didn't even charge me for). I liked that he gave options along the way (eg, "I can fit it like this and it will look more symmetrical, or like this and it will be more efficient in terms of flow") and also that when I mucked up and gave him the wrong position for the sink, he moved the pipes with cheer, and when we couldn't move a wardrobe to bleed a tricky radiator, he problem solved it neatly. Also, he's a great communicator - he dropped me a text when he was half an hour away. Very tidy, leaves the site spotless. And just a really nice person to have in the house - nice and friendly, good with dogs, kids and psycho killer house rabbits. His professionalism and knowledge are impressive for someone closer to the start of his career than the end. He charges a good labour price, is super transparent and keeps the receipts for parts, and doesn't mess you about - a proper grafter. Highly recommended - thank you so much Harrison, see you for the utility room and sorting out spaghetti junction... ;-)
