Lee and his professional team consisting of joiners, plumbers, electricians, gas engineers, tilers, plasterers and decorators, tackled this complex job in the city centre of Bath. The project was the conversion of a 6000 sqft Grade 2 listing office building to 3 luxury residential units. The team worked tirelessly to get the project completed within a tight programme and budget. Their communication throughout the process was excellent and kept us up to date with any challenges or variations encountered during the build. The team carried out the full package of works for the conversion, to name a few: - Removal of structural walls and installation of new steel beams -Installation of numerous partition walls (both fire and sound proofed) -Installation of 8 new bathrooms -Installation of 3 new kitchens -Full electrical and gas installation of 3 apartments -Custom joinery work to restore features of grade 2 listed building, dado rails, doors, coving etc -Bespoke sash windows to match

We would like to make others aware that this builder used to run a business called Rightbuild Construction Ltd. This business is now to be struck off, as shown by Companies House https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/13413513. Their old website is no longer active. Sadly, it seems that despite this, the builder is now operating as Stapleton's Bespoke Design and Build. Lee Stapleton (previous owner of Rightbuild Construction Ltd) and his colleagues did an extension for our bungalow which started in August 2024 and which still isn't finished/ and has recently failed to pass building regulations. We were told before paying our final amount due that, we had been given building regs sign off, turns out this was provisional and not final. Lee has not come around to rectify these issues, so we have spend more time and money to put them right ourselves. Our project has been very poorly managed, particularly the interior works. We're really disappointed.

A very special thanks to Lee and his team who took on a part job to finish a patio and removal of tons of soil. They did an amazing job amongst the grim weather. Lee communicated throughout the job and informed me of any changes. His team were very efficient and friendly. Lee is a master of his work and takes great pride in making sure everything is 100% for himself and his customer. The premises were left clean and tidy and excess materials removed. Good job at short notice

Lee and his team did a good job of our Victorian terrace house renovations. We needed central heating installing, a chimney breast removing and a few other things doing too. Lee worked hard to keep all work under our budget and completed in the time frame we needed, which we really appreciated. Lee was very quick to make right any works that we didn’t feel were up to standard and fix any issues. Thanks again Lee.

Lee and his team did a fantastic job, kept me informed with the work that was carried out. Left My house clean and tidy, will defiantly use them again on my next project.
