Hi Francesca unfortunately in life there are more important things than work like my mum's health and i have explained this to you on the phone and you said you totally understood . I'm already very busy and having to keep going back to the mainland to see my mum has put me behind on an already very busy schedule but i never did give you a time to start your works as i asked you to bear with me after the phone call we had also i didn't think that you wanted me to do the job anymore as i kept seeing you had put the job back on mybuilder which I'd already paid for the lead of which i found extremely rude if I'm honest i have plenty of satisfied customers that i could call on personally for recommendations i find it very unfortunate that this review has turned up on here as it is my first ever one in many years of being in the Building trade I'd totally understand if I'd done the job for you and it was a bad job than i would expect bad reviews but unfortunately you can't please everyone all of the time .
