Highly recommended! Mark and the team are a hardworking, friendly to have in the home, and did a thorough job of damp proofing our period property where we had an issue with rising damp. He came out and gave a highly competitive quote, was helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with – wasn’t rushing – took the time to answer my questions. I always respect a professional that does not offer unnecessary recommendations or upsell work that is not needed. There was clear communication throughout, Mark (and Sue!) were easy to contact, accommodating with dates etc. The team was punctual to the job, carried out the work with minimum mess and disruption, advised me on progress and the finish is fab.
