Nathan has abandoned our job whilst it is incomplete. We have already paid him most of the funds but he has made excuses after excuses for not showing up. Also, the visits that he did make to my house, he was usually several hours late, even though he gave his "word" on his arrival times he is not able to keep his promises. His delay each time he was late has affected us and the works. He also did not have some tools to do the job, he was borrowing tools from other builder in the house, more than once. He also came with blunt tools that caused damage to my ceiling and I had to pay someone to repair his work. I always paid him promptly in the spirit of goodwill, but Nathan has not respected this from the customer. It will now cost me more to get someone else to finish his work and put right any mistakes, naturally I will be pursuing nathan for this via the courts if I have to. I am also not pleased that nathan wears clothes with the NECEIC logo, but at the time of his work and this review, he is not registered with NECEIC. He told us he is joining NAPIT, but when I contacted NAPIT they have no record of nathan. Our experience overall has been far from satisfactory and he makes promises he cannot keep. Even when we agree a date for him to come back to finish the work, or for him to call me to explain his problems or actions, it never happens. He simply doesn't take responsibility for his actions. I hope that he improves how he treats customers and learns from his mistakes.

I got Nathan in to rewire the 2 bathroom lights and extractor fans that builders didn't manage to do (lights were blinking then stopped working). Despite being a nice chap Nathan is not better than the buildefs, lights were working for 3 days then stopped on Christmas eve. Asked him to come back after boxing day he said he'd done it correctly and would charge call out. Then quoted new to rewire from the pull cord to fuse box. When I asked to put a socket on the wall, he damaged the other side of the stud wall saying that's how the knife went. No appology at all. Nathan didn't show up to sgow builders how he wanted the tile to be cut to fit pull cord bowl back. At the end I had to hire another electrician to correct his work. And with just redoing Nathan's work in a bathroom carefully, making sure it's water tight, my bathroom lights have been on for 2 weeks now. And I'll have to get someone else to come to sort out his pull cord problem. If I could upload picture I would show how Nathan an electrician left my bathroom with open pull cord and cables not in trunking. No better than unqualified builders.

Nathan was great, sorted out our LED light within a short time of me listing the job-very happy and will keep his number for any more issues we have.

I needed a malfunctioning bathroom fan disconnected and made safe. Nathan responded very quickly and was able to come over that day and do the work neatly and in no time at all. Great communication and attitude, I can definitely recommend.
