Well, what can we say, brillant🌟...Pete and Luke are trustworthy, reliable, professional,very respectful great guys in every way always has a smile and a lovely nature, never let us down, can turn his hand to 98% 🔨⚒ of all tasks. What he can't turn his hand too, he has an excellent team that can do the jobs. Practically rebuilt bungalow from complete new roof, new windows and lintels, rewire, underfloor heating, replaster, knocking down chimney, moving doorways, dividing rooms with arches (4), refit new kitchen, bathrooms🚽🚿🛁,tiling and list goes on and on. All work was done to an exceptional high standard👍🙃😇 Would not have anyone else, have booked him back for phase 2. What more can one say! Forget the rest employ the best Solihull Renovations. Pete (and Luke) have done an excellent job of knocking out a structural wall, fitting a lintel and completely refitting a new kitchen. Over the three week project they turned up every day bang on time. In order to keep to schedule a Saturday was also worked. Pete’s contacts & reputation helped facilitate swift visits from building control with no issues identified at all. Pete was excellent with the electrics spending ages feeding cables through ceiling spaces to move cooker cables and new light fittings. The finished job is exactly what I wanted lovely design and fitted to a high standard. I was happy to provide Pete with a key to the property and left him to get on with the job. I highly recommend Solihull Renovations.

What a fantastic job! We were delighted to have Peter and Luke complete what turned out to be a complicated job for a small extension and kitchen fit. From the outset to completion Peter and Luke arrived when they said they would, kept in touch at all times, explaining what was happening and were always on the job every morning full of enthusiasm to provide a great service and advice. The completed job looks amazing both in terms of the rear elevation of our home but also the quality look of our new kitchen. Peter comes with a wealth of experience, good specialist contacts and clever suggestions and this paid dividends as we worked through the project. Many thanks for a great job!

Peter and Luke have done a fantastic job on my kitchen which proved to be a bigger job than first thought. They had to take walls back to the brick and replace the ceiling all of which have been done to a extremely high standard can't praise them enough. I am so so pleased with my new kitchen it has changed my life, I now have somewhere I look forward to cook in. They are extremely nice people to deal with too and would recommend them whole heartily to anyone who is looking for a professional and excellent finish to any job required.

The tiling job has been done nicely! Peter is very nice and friendly and always makes sure the work is done to our expectation (and with alternation even after the start). Good to have Peter and his son in Shirley as our local builder. Also gave additional (was not in his work scope) and very helpful advise on the leaking on the roof so I can explained to my other builder who did the extension.

We are incredibly pleased with our decision to hire Peter. Peter is an extremely competent builder with years of experience in the trade, he is also multi-skilled which was demonstrated through his knowledge, workmanship and attention to detail. He took our vision and delivered something far greater than we could have imagined. Throughout the project, he would continually advise and consult us if he thought something could be done better, differently or in a more cost-effective way. Some of these decision points we believe were the key to making this project exceed our expectations. Had we not been advised and/or kept with our own original choices or stuck hard with the set budget, I'm not sure the end result would have been so impressive. It would have been far easier, less complicated and quicker for Peter to let us do that. Trust is an important factor for anyone and Peter gained ours very quickly. Peter and the team were always respectful and conscious of the impact they were having on our home, routine and basic needs. We built a great rapport and enjoyed any time spent with them. Our project has also been inspected and approved by building control which Peter insisted we use. Of course, we can only comment on our experience, but we wouldn't hesitate in using Solihull Renovations again!

How fortunate were we to be chosen by Solihull Renovations for our recent building project. Looking back, we were something of a DIY SOS, and what had become perfectly normal for us, must have looked a really tragic state of affairs and repairs. Peter saw beyond a project that I did not want to do, but which my husband was convinced would give some much needed extra storage space. His amazing team came and went way beyond what I could ever have imagined in terms of workmanship, commitment, professionalism, details that mattered and calm co-ordination of a complex, fiddly, yet significant project. The internal transformation is quite remarkable and is thanks to Peter’s vision, time and thoughtful management. We are deeply thankful and recommend Solihull renovations highly on every front. Can’t wait for phase 2, for which we are now saving.
