    Replace 14 windows
    The owners were poor at communicating and finally filed for bankruptcy, so I lost my sizable deposit.

    New external french door
    Really positive experience with Stuart and his team. Great communication from start to finish and good price. I had a very minor query with the newly installed door and they even made extra effort to come over to my property at short notice to assess the situation in person and reassure me there was no problem. No issues at all since. Fantastic service and workmanship. I have intentions to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them.

    New external door/windows for inside part of porch
    New internal doors fitted and very happy. They came out and quoted quickly, discussed options. As I am out of the country they dealt with my dad and son and made all the necessary arrangements. Quick, clean, tidy and very professional. Will definitely be in touch for additional work.

    - Window & door installation - uPVC frames - Replace 5 - 10 windows - Plus 2 separate doors **Customer description** We have had a quote for 5k for windows and doors supplied and fitted for a complete house. I just want to see if anyone can match this, so we have more than one option, or if slightly more than this, then the quality assurance that warrants the extra expense. This is a rental so not looking for all singing all dancing, but want investment in the property at the same time.

    Great work from Solent windows, very reasonable costs. Already got prices for my own property after they completely replaced all windows and doors in one of my rented properties. I Will be using them again very soon!

    Replace a wooden bedroom window with upvc double glazed
    The whole team were very pleasant to deal with, polite, friendly and efficient. The job was done sooner than expected. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes. The paperwork was very comprehensive, and I was given a detailed diagram of the window they would provide. I would certainly consider them for another replacement window I'm hoping to get done soon.

    New door
    Did not supply exactly as i asked for but possibly the door better for the error. Installers did not arrive with all items to carry out the work and to go back and collect a lock and a replacement glass unit. The door lock was not working as it should and i stopped using the door, fearful it would jam locked. Didn't get much help from solent and ended up sorting it out myself. Not the best company we have worked with, but the door is of very good quality.

    Porch and front door replacement
    Stuart has a great team, the porch was up on time and looks fantastic. A great replacement for the old rotten porch and a new larger front door which allows much better access for furniture etc, no more carrying them right around the house. A fine job
