Fred and his colleague were outstanding! They responded to our job very quickly and provided a very clear breakdown of the work they would cover and a fair price. They turned up on time and were both extremely friendly, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. We had some issues during the job in terms of draining the heating system due to our old pipework, but Fred was extremely calm, patient and recommended putting a drain valve in which will prove invaluable in helping us maintain our heating system going forwards. Despite working to a fixed price, Fred didn't rush, he made sure the job was done properly, in the right way, and to an excellent standard. He explains exactly what he is doing and why every step of the way, and it's clear he has a real passion for his work and helping his customers. As well as being brilliant at the job itself, Fred was also very generous in sharing his knowledge and vast expertise with us. I learnt more about my heating system from speaking with Fred than any book or YouTube video. I honestly don't think you could find a better man for the job. Highly recommended and I will definitely contact again for any future plumbing work!

Excellent person. We got on brilliantly. Gave him a budget, he came in on budget. There were a few technical difficulties along the way but Fred never gave up.
