Terry recently converted my garage into an office space and i couldn’t be happier with the result. The finish is fantastic, communication was excellent throughout, and everything was clearly explained along the way. The work was also very fairly priced. Would definitely recommend and hire Terry again for future work

Terry and his co-worker did a great job. They worked hard all day getting through a list of things that I needed done, including taking down the boiler house. A superb job all round and they tidied up after themselves. I've asked him to do more jobs for me now. I would definitely recommend Simmons Construction.

Conversion of an annexe room into a self contained studio apartment with shower room. Terry is an excellent contractor. Extremely reliable and a thoroughly nice chap. Was able to complete all the different trade aspects such as plumbing, carpentry, basic electrics, tiling and plastering. Did an excellent job and I've recommended him to many of my friends who have also been very pleased with his reliability and the completed job. Highly recommended and I'm happy to talk to anyone personally to answer any questions 😊
