I obtained a few quotes for this work but it was Westview Windows who stood out to me in terms of track record and their overall professionalism. They are an established company and offer an insurance backed guarantee on their products, this is something your average Joe Bloggs does not have. This gave me peace of mind knowing if things went wrong I wouldn’t be left trying to track down the white van man. I initially met Alex who came to my house to measure up and discuss options and at no time did I feel a hard sell coming on. He gave me my options and left me to mull things over. Their back office team are very approachable and have a good understanding of their product so I was able to tune up exactly what I was looking for. A lady called Sharon was very patient with me and provided me with all the information I needed to make my final decision. Customer satisfaction is definitely at the top of their agenda. One of the most professional companies I have ever had dealings with and I would urge anyone looking for new windows or doors to give Westview Windows a try.

Very professional company, this was the first company we got out and had lots of other people after. We went back to them, Steven the initial guy we spoke to was very nice and NO hard sell which is what we got from lots of other and believe me that was all we got. He came in measured up told us about the company and what materials they used and then had a chat with a lovely lady called Sharon, they then emailed the quote through. They were not the cheapest but still was at a reasonable price, just had a good feeling from the start. Windows and doors have now been fitted and they are fab. So glad we chose to go with Westview windows. All the staff including fitters were really professional and polite and cleared all they mess and debris as they went. All interior and exterior work carried out to a very high standard and superb finish. Very approachable and willing to help as I changed my mind about the style I wanted before the manufacturing process began and that was also fine. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Thanks

The work we had done by Westview Windows was meticulously carried out and done in good time. The pricing was very good, very competitive and all members of the team were charming.

Westview Windows did an excellent job at my house. Their communication was very accurate, they gave a very good quotation, the installation was perfect and done in the time frame promised and they came to check after that everything was ok. Their customer service is very, very good and they are happy to work out of hours times. I've already recommended them to a few people and would use them again myself if I needed to.
