Awful! Absolute “rogue trader”. The job is incomplete, some materials not ordered, despite payment; tried to extract further payment to complete the job. A huge mess to clear up; I may even need new patio doors as they are now covered in cement. A building inspector said one of the worst jobs he has seen. Loads of debris to get rid of. Never part with any money until the job is complete. I am more than happy to share my bad experience.

Both lads are very friendly and easy to get along with. Unfortunately there were many delays due to Ben sustaining an injury early on in the job. I feel that communication could have been significantly improved on their side as there were days I was left waiting for them to arrive just to have to chase them up and find they weren't coming which was inconvenient as I'd arranged to have days off to monitor the work. I was told that the rubbish would be collected the following week, as I didn't want to pay in full until the waste collection I'd paid for was done, my garden was left in an absolute mess and rubbish was flytipped. I had to chase up on multiple occasions to get this done and they left the top of the garden where they were mainly carrying out cutting slabs and making cement, in an awful state. As I was tired of waiting, I had to clean this all up myself which was less than ideal. I am still waiting on a breakdown invoice of the charges and a written warranty.

Ben and his team were the best, they managed to turn a run down dingy garden into something very special, he keeps you updated all the way through the job. I would highly recommend Ben and his team 100% ... and many thanks Ben for a lovely job 👍

Ben came to view the garden. Supplied a quote by the end of the same day which we felt was very reasonable for the work needed. Managed to fit us in two weeks later which coincided with holiday which was very helpful. Due to weather the job started two days after schedule but Ben kept me up to date with timings well in advance. Ben and his team have done a great job with our garden. Two tiered garden completely cleared, top soil laid in the top tier and turf put down. Patio laid on the bottom tier with decorative stones. Ben picked out the stone and patio to best suit our garden and family needs. The team worked tirelessly to ensure the job was completed to a great standard. We are really happy with the final outcome and look forward to spending family time in the garden. Thank you to you Ben and the team!

Highly recommend serenity landscapes, they booked the job in quick, did a great job and reasonably priced as well. Will certainly be using them again in future.

Responded promptly to my enquiry and the next day was out completing the job in hand. Very professional and did great work to my back garden was very pleased. Would highly recommend.
