I honestly cannot say I’ve met a better tradesman than Sean and his team in my five years of using MyBuilder. From day one, Sean was friendly, communicative, and clearly invested in delivering the best possible version of the project, offering insightful budget appropriate advice prior to the commencement of the project, and throughout to the project's conclusion. The Nine Yards team are polite, professional, tidy, and transparent in their pricing, but their greatest strength is how personally invested they are in doing work they can be proud of. As the project evolved, they happily took on additional tasks with the same positive energy and high standards. Their craftsmanship, communication, and attitude were exceptional throughout. While this applies to Nine Yards as a whole, Sean deserves special credit as my main point of contact who truly went above and beyond. I can’t recommend Nine Yards highly enough and would gladly work with them again.

From the outset Sean instilled confidence by offering alternative solutions, with reasonably detailed costs, for my project which was to makeover my front yard walls and porch with some scraping and repainting of wall surfaces in the backyard also. I decided on the K Rend option for the front and I am really pleased with the result. Sean and his work team were courteous and considerate throughout, cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis and were nice to have around.
