    Building regs/Construc drawings for flats and houses

    2/3 storey 3x7 rear/side extension

    Basement conversion

    I called on Bruno after a failed party wall award which incurred lots of expenses and lost time. Bruno was very pleasant to talk to and when he came to my property for the initial appointment, he was on time and kept the communication going which is always good in stressful situations. He was knowledgeable and compassionate given the problems we had encountered. So I felt reassured. Later the company's architectural engineer visited, he wasn't the cheapest but was very promising for my project, he had the information I needed and the confidence to deal with the people and issues that we had encountered. Also he took his time during his visit and not rushing through, he explained everything in details which I liked and Bruno always reiterated to ensure we followed the instructions. Over all I am very pleased so far The project/work is still ongoing and im confident we will get the party wall awards granted so that we can complete the project. I would definitely recommend Bruno to others Thanks Anne

    Conversion plans

    Mr B.M. has been very professional. He has visited the site many times, has taken photographs. Has replied to all our phone calls. He is currently producing the drawings. He is knowledgeable and interested in the project. He has provided quirky and innovative ideas. He simply wants to get it perfect. Highly recommend him.

    Driveway planner

    We are very happy with the architectural plan that Bruno made. He was very responsive and quick with the project and dealings with the council. Also, he was happy to recommend some builders for our driveway which made our life easier. We highly recommend to hire Bruno.

    Full Design and planning permission and building regs

    Bruno has been amazing since the start of the project. He communicates well throughout, listening to my ideas and also putting forward his own. I will definitely work with Bruno again on future projects. Our project was not straight for at all. We got planning permission granted through Bruno's design and hard work. Cant thank him enough.
