Richard was easy to communicate with before, during and after the job and was flexible throughout when changes were requested. Even though there were numerous workman on site which made the job harder, Richard worked collaboratively with them to solve problems as they arose. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard to my friends and will be getting him back to undertake the second fix.
