From the start, Rob was great to deal with. He came out to price up the job, on the day it was posted, he provided a reasonable quote for the work, and came up with good ideas for the extra work I wanted doing with a soak away, work that wasn’t listed on the job posted, and he had good ideas regarding finishing touches such as kerbing to the concrete base. When the base needed extending owing to an oversight on my part regarding the height of the shed, Rob acted with urgency and came out very quickly to complete the additional work that was required. When it was finished, my shed base looked the business, and made the job of the shed erectors so much more straightforward. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rob.

Quick to respond, visited the site on the same day, he remained professional, went well above and beyond, despite us changing our requirements at early stage, competitively priced too! He communicated with us throughout the process and followed through on each promise he made. A few days later – the bespoke made, robust fence panel using quality materials with made to last anti-storm galvanised steel stay fitting, has exceeded our expectations. We are over the moon with our newly installed fence, cannot stop admiring it each time we glance over. Robs Masterpiece is a reminder-there are still tradesmen out of there who love what they do, with great attention to detail, an exceptional customer service and excellent communication which is priceless, reasonably priced too. If you are after a quality fencing – Rob is the right man for a job! Highly Recommend.

Had a fence issue where a post broke and the fence was leaning towards my neighbours garden due to strong winds. Robert came out quickly today and fixed it efficiently. Really pleased with how fast and professional he was. Would definitely recommend.

The work was not to our standard so we mutually agreed with Ron to end the job. We bought the materials off him and asked another contractor to finish the job. It was quite a tricky job.
