Very friendly and polite and the plastering is first class.

Requested walls skimmed in 3 rooms. This work was carried out on my property whilst vacant and work was signed off based on photos and goodwill. At the end of the job I paid promptly and asked that my keys be posted to an alternative address (for which I paid postage). For over two weeks I did not receive my keys and had no response to text, voicemail or email (turns out he went on holiday and forgot). When the keys finally arrived, which included my electricity key, I visited the property where I found the lights on, my kitchen window wide open and bird poo over my kitchen worktops. With regards to the job, there were several areas where the skim had simply not been done (next to the toilet, the hand basin, behind the heated towel rail and in between power sockets, light switches and door frames. At no point was I contacted with a warning or explanation to say these areas were 'too awkward'/could not be done and would be left. Neither did these areas appear in the photos. I am disappointed. In addition to the cost of this job I have to pay for wasted electricity and somebody else to finish the work.

Well done Liam, superb job. Plastered my kitchen and bathroom getting rid of old artex walls and ceilings. Bitty job as lots of cupboards and angles in kitchen, spotlights too in both k & b. Very tidy worker, covered everything to minimise dust and ably assisted by colleague Harry. Very reasonable rates, quick, friendly and efficient and I can highly recommend. Very good job done, repairing very poor lath-and-plaster wall and leaving excellent finish over all four walls and ceiling for repainting. Protected new stair carpets from mess during the job and cleared up carefully afterwards. We will be using Liam's services again in the future and would recommend him wholeheartedly to others.

I would certainly recommend Ripley & Smith Plastering to other people. They produced an excellent quality finish of plastering throughout the apartment ( 170sq metres). They finished it within the time they gave. Their price was very competitive and great overall service & professionalism. I would use them again and happily recommend them!
