The flat I bought required total renovation, including making some structural changes to the bathroom and toilet. They're very responsive and Sarah went out her way to find me a surveyor company and buy me the hobs when she knew that I didn't want to handle ..... They understand customer needs. The workmanship is very good, the workers arrived punctually and did not waste their time while working, even my neighbours told me my builders were very hardworking! It is on time and on budget, I have no reservation recommending Riga to anyone who looks for efficiency, quality, and customer service.

Sarah and her team removed our existing bathroom, fitted new bath, shower and toilet basin, tiled walls, wiring. electrics, fitted external and internal doors and decoration The job did grow - it was largely because we wanted things to be done and they were very flexible about taking on extra bits of work. We needed a door repair but it was found that a replacement was necessary - they just took it on and made a really good job of it. I found them really punctual and reliable, trustworthy and the communication was excellent. I am delighted with the work done and I would recommend her.
