Neil was very prompt initially getting back to me (unlike many others on this site) and the quote provided was very competitive. I decided to go for the higher priced option as wanted the work to last. After using the garage in it's new capacity of office & separate workshop space I am very happy with how it all worked out. It took a little longer than hoped but this was due to delays outside of the guys control and they always kept me updated on what was / wasn't going on. Overall the experience was great and would happily recommend Neil, Rob, Martin & Ian to anyone looking for work to be done .

Neil and his team converted one side of our double garage into an office and gym space in June 2022. The team worked tirelessly to transform this bleak area into a fantastic, modern space, were extremely friendly, tidy and accommodating of additional requests, and delivered for a very competitive and fair price. I would not hesitate to ask Renoscapes to quote on future jobs around the house and garden - excellent job and thanks once again!

Left the job unfinished whilst we were away on holiday leaving : Rendering not done Skirting not done Architraves not done Doors not done Door furniture not done Soil vent pipe not done Decking delivered but not done External painting not done Bathroom radiator not fitted ( I was told it was the wrong type radiator which was was incorrect . The garden area was left in a bad state . This has left me out of pocket by over £2500 as there was only £1200 left due to be paid to Renoscape . Niel stated that he was losing money on his price so he was not coming back . We have other works on the house that we wanted doing but Renoscape will definitely not be asked to do it .

We have had our garage converted by Renoscape. Really pleased with the work Neil and his team have done. Will use them again and would recommend them to others.

Neil and his team finished the 3 to 5 bed HMO conversion very quickly. It's a great experience for both of us. I will use Neil again in future.

Re-ceiling, landscaping and other general jobs. Neil is a hardworking builder and landscaper, he has an excellent team around him. His work of very good quality and he is great at communicating the position on the job and quotes.

New Patio laid , plus conversion of garage into an office , I would not hesitate to recommend Renoscapes , Neil Robert & Martin where punctual polite trustworthy, & tidy, a pleasure having them to do my work, always cheerful & helpful & did a fantastic job, Thankyou you so much Neil very much appreciated . Neil re aligned our yard driveway, making it wider, he then fitted the new industrial gates and replaced all of the fencing. Great work and the job was completed on time, despite the heavy storms and high winds!! . Very happy to recommend Neil to anyone.
