    Damp patch in bedroom
    Really happy with my experience with Reigning Property. They were able to carry out the work quickly, communication was good throughout and they were trustworthy and knowledgeable. Would use again.

    Damp patch in kitchen from outside pipe/drainage
    Simon and his team were fantastic. Great communication throughout - very honest and down to earth. He came to have a look at the work needed to be done, provided a competitive quote and completed the job on time and without any issues. Would 100% recommend Simon and his team for your project(s). Also great explanation and thought process throughout - he knows his stuff and takes pride in his work!

    Damp behind sofa
    Contractor done a survey, was reasonable price and detailed would recommend.

    Damp patch in the home office
    Very smooth communication throughout. Simon was highly responsive and patient with the customer. The job was completed sooner than expected, with high-quality workmanship and a long warranty.

    Tiny damp patch
    Simon & Dean came round this morning quoted on the job and let me know as it’s a small job they can have it sorted same day. I accepted they went got materials and had the wall completely damp proofed in a day, they do have to come back and plaster tomorrow but I trust them to do a good job.

    Damp survey
    Today had a survey carried out by Simon and the whole process went very well from start to finish His initial impression was extremely professional knowledgeable and reassuring He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we fully understood the findings Based on the survey and the confidence he gave us we have now booked Simon in to carry out the remedial works on the property Great value for money and a very positive experience overall Highly recommended

    check damp issue
    Done a great detailed survey and a quote for work. advised i needed a dry rod treatment waterproof liquid applied before rendering & plastering. would recommend to anybody in need

    Gutter cleaning

    Had my gutters cleaned by Simon and he did a great job arrived on time got straight to work and left everything tidy reliable and efficient would definitely use again

    Patio/driveway

    i hired simon to install my block paving path and driveway they did amazing work im very happy with the result simon would recommend
