When is comes to choosing a company to fit your windows and doors you really want to be sure that your project is safe hands. After all its a big investment. Adam, is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
From the outset he stood out because he was the only window fitter to immediately say that part of my project couldn't be done without a structural engineers report. This was because I wanted to replace the back door with French doors. My background meant I knew I needed an RSJ and building control sign off but Adam quickly pointed out that if it was taken out and not done correctly or the wrong steel used then the back of the house could fall down. Bearing in mind that I had other quotes who insisted I didn't even need building control this set Adam apart from rest at the start. I had no hesitation is saying yes.
Adam, kept me informed of progress from start to finish so I knew exactly what was happening.
He worked with me to find solutions to ensure I got what I really wanted. For example the external quarry tile sills were replaced with modern grey ones to match my windows. The end result is absolutely stunning and I only wish I could add photo's to show you the before and after.
I cannot recommend Adam enough and, of course, he is FENSA registered.
