After a terrible disappointment with a previous contractor, Phil came to the rescue, an amazing and compassionate builder. He was extremely professional in his approach and took us through the whole refurbishment process to complete the work before schedule. His concept design and standard of the workmanship of his team were exceptional. The completed work is outstanding for which we are indebted to Phil and his company.

After talking with many companies we settled on Mayfair as we had heard good things about the company and they even took us to a job that was nearly complete for us to see the quality of work. The company helped us with plans and advised us on many aspects. Our extension is half way through being finished now, we found the process easier than we thought, mayfair have been professional, tidy, respectful and communicated with us as much as possible. the job is ahead of schedule and looking great, I will post some pictures of the end product in a few weeks. Thanks to phil and all the lads for putting up with me. we will recommend you to friends and family and as discussed will use you for works on our other properties in the future.

Builders started promptly and work was completed on time. Any issues raised were amended quickly.

Just had a doorway put in for access to the garage from the kitchen. First class service from start to finish and absolutely made up with the quality of the work. Nigel was very professional, helpful and polite and got the job done quicker than expected with a lot less mess than expected. Will be using Mayfair builders again for future work and would highly recommend them. Thanks Nigel and Phil
