Had a flat roof done by pro roofing,straight after the roof was completed had a window in the roof leaking , They ignored my calls and all my messages, in the end I left a negative feedback, after leaving the feedback Garry rang me and he was not happy about the feedback He agreed to come back if I remove the negative feedback I have done that, he fixed the water leak witch I was happy with that Eight months later the water leak come back the same window, I have contacted them numerous times not a single time replied back when they finally answered my calls I been told next week ,next week been busy etc ,its been more than a month now,our ceiling was getting worst , I'm now having to get someone else to sort out a job witch I been told in the first place i will have 10 years warranty Really disappointed

Gary and his team removed our concrete gutters and replaced them with new guttering and fascia. They did a very good job for a very reasonable price. They are all polite and easy to work with, and very generally helpful, so much so that we asked Gary to remove 2 chimneys as well. All the work was completed properly and they cleared up all the resulting mess. All in all we were very happy with their work and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. We have since asked Gary to do more general building work for us that is progressing well.

Gary and his professional team provided an excellent and great value service. They immediately made the collapsed chimney safe and secure and then rebuilt it to a very high standard. Also secured all our loose ridge tiles on the same visit. They were very quick, clean, safe, and friendly and I highly recommend their services.

Gary responded very quickly to my S.O.S storm repair work listing. Kieran came round to view the issue and also pointed out other areas of concern which I had never thought about. They had a two hour spare slot so the work could be done the same day and the quote was more than reasonable compared to the excess figure that I would have had to pay my insurer. The team worked very well and I was extremely pleased with the work undertaken. I have left pictures for you to view. Now I will not hear any roof tiles moving tonight if the winds are blowing a gale when I go to sleep which always worries me after the past couple of storms. Fully recommend Gary, Kieran and the team. I will definately use again as I may consider having the roof tiles and the side cemented all the way up and over before next winter.

Pleased with the service provided. Attended promptly to assess issue and provide quote. On doing this they provided video footage for me of the problem and then explained how they proposed to deal with it. Once job was agreed, they arrived on time and completed the job in the time they said it would take. Very pleasant and polite employees with very good communication. Final price was as quoted. No complaints at all at this time

Gary did a superb job. He came to look at the work that was required and explained what was needed to be done. He then provided me with a competitive cost quotation. Upon my acceptance of the cost quotation he arranged a date with me, for him to carry out out the work. The work was carried out in timely and professional manner. The tiling and cementing looks absolutely excellent, including the ridge tiles. He even cleaned the fascia and window frame at the back of house on the dormer window, free of cost. I would definitely recommend Gary for any roofing works, and I will be using his services again. He will be carrying out more work for me, to install a new flat roof in the new year.
