Pat was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end he had everything covered and made the whole project a seamless experience. He provided me with a professional quote and had the patience to deal with my questions. He started the project on time svd no thing was too much trouble, when I needed a roofer to fix some issues with a leak he had someone on the job within a day. He handled every aspect of my garage conversion effortlessly and had the job finished on time right before Xmas. Would 100% use Pat again. Great guy who also knows good trades people. Thanks Pat.

Pat has done garage conversion for me. He is a nice man and a very good builder. He is very polite and completed work at a good standard. His work ethics are excellent.

Started with a en-suite garage conversion but ended up getting full bathroom renovation completed as well. Pat and his team are excellent, they turned up on time every day and kept me updated on what was happening each day. His team over exceeded my expectations. Top quality finish, from woodwork, to tiling and bathroom finish. Pat was always available over the phone and text. I have already planned more work ahead after seeing how great they all are. I would highly recommend!

After my initial inquiry on my builder pat came round to give us quote, he was friendly and approachable and also very knowledgeable in the trade requirements, as with most building jobs the scope changes but pat and his team was very fluid and no changes was ever an issue, the team was very respectful of our property, the quality of the work was second to none and every trade within the team was first class . Would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again. Finally a personal thank you to pat fr his patience and help with deliving exactly what we asked for.

Pat and was great. He got all the work done in great time & to a high standard. However i found it very difficult to communicate with pat because he never responds to calls or messages in good time. if he improves his communication with customers then he will be the best builder in town.

Pat and his team were very professional . Turned my garage into a luxury dining room . The whole team were polite always on time cleaned away after they finished at the end of each day. They put foundation in for the new window matched the bricks with the rest of the house. Pat organised the council to check on the building work . They took up the of floor and laid a lovely new laminate flooring. Would recommend Pat his colleagues to those that want a truly honest and hard working team .

Pat & his team did a good job overall with my new kitchen & it does look really nice - except the floor. They were polite, clean & tidy - too tidy at times. Communication could have been better as there were days when no one showed up & the work took twice as long as quoted. The work contracted included the fitting of a new floor which unfortunately was not laid in accordance with the manufacturers instructions & with days one of the joints had broken. The floor is breaking up, there are gaps in the joints & strips are tearing off where the floor wasn't levelled. Over 2 years on I'm still trying to get this resolved. All communication has now ceased. A Consumer Rights Breach of Contract letter has been ignored & despite using the Federation of Master Builders logo on his business card he is not a member & wasn't at the time my work was carried out. Reported to Trading Standards & now heading to Small Claims Court as all attempts to resolve this amicably have failed.
