I hired Kevin to do a few simple patching jobs. What I ended up with is simply the worst plastering I have seen in years. It may as well have been put on with a shovel. It is rough, uneven and this is the good news. The bad news is he turned up, did not cover any floors, had tools and mess everywhere. To finish it off as he didn't cover any floors and put more plaster on the floor than the walls, the brand new floor tiles which were installed a few weeks ago are now ruined as the plaster has severely marked them and the stains will not come off. After contacting Kevin regarding the damage the next day (he had mopped the floor just before he left so it was wet and the marks could not be seen) he immediately blocked my mobile number, WhatsApp (which he had previously contacted me on), and also stopped responding to messages via MyBuilder. Please ensure you do not use this person for any work, I will be contacting trading standards to make them aware he is operating in the area and on this app and providing photos to them of the "work" done and damage caused. Be warned this person is by no means a plasterer.

Arrived on time, very hard working and did a fantastic job, cleaned up after themselves as well. The job took much longer than either of us expected but he kept to the original quote which was very much a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend them and certainly will use them again when I need more plastering done.
