Very happy with the result. Across re-tiling and installing a new bathroom, 6 new windows and window sill repairs and re-painting and re-decorating my old flat I saw very high quality worksmanship. Work was completed on time and no added hidden costs, exactly as per the initial quotation. The team was also quite helpful and flexible with changes and issues that came up during the process. I would happily recommend them for any refurbishment project whatever the scale considering the wide range of expertise and project planning experience they can draw on.

Having previous nightmare experiences with other building companies -3 previous refurbishments-, I finally made the perfect choice. Thank you Pillar for the co-operation and your quality job. Completion time in my case: two and a half weeks!!! Their estimation was 3 weeks.

Christos and his business partner Nikos are doing a fantastic job -nearly finished- at making my narrowboat habitable. They have a large pool of experts to call upon, electricians, plumbers etc. Punctual, reliable experts, they work really hard with obvious pride in their work. They also have an eye for design, politely explaining what is possible or not as boat design is not simple. They also make me laugh which is a bonus I appreciate! I have already recommended them to a friend.

The first impression was great, but then things just went downhill. Would not recommend. Apart from having issues with certain builders on a day to day basis, the end product is just plain bad quality, with only a few exceptions. At least we got some money off though.

Christos is a fine man but some if his team workers are currently unfamiliar with UK regulations and at times unreliable. Work did not go ahead but Christos handled our complains very very professionally and offered to free our garden from our building rubbish for free. We wish him all the best for the future in finding better workers as his good management skills deserves to be matched in the output of the services that he is to provide.

Christos and the team are thorough, deliver the highest standards and do it at a very reasonable cost. I got 5 quotes for the work and Pillar DB were the best. They kept me up to date with ongoing work when I wasn't at the flat and even came back to the flat for free when we identified minor snagging points. I'd highly recommend them and will be using them again very soon.

Chris and his team was good and had an overall positive experience. There were few mistakes were done by Chris's team members, however what I the difference from other builders is that they have accepted their mistake and corrected it as we would have wanted to. In Addition, if we have change our mind on certain things like fire places, the team was very helpful and was not much hassle to change the initial plans. similar thing applies on the upstairs bathroom. Overall had a positive experience, we want them back to do our small extension as soon as we have planning permission from council. We are looking forward to work with them again and definitely hire them again.

Christos and his team took over the whole job of refurbishing our flat. The communication was great from start to finish. We are very happy with their work and we highly recommend them.
