Phill was a pleasure to deal with. He was available at short notice and did a great job with our plumbing. He was cheerful and polite, and communicated brilliantly, explaining the problem and how it needed to be fixed. Most of all, he was very cheap, and we felt we got a bargain. We wouldn't hesitate to call on his services again, and when we get our bathroom replaced in a couple of years time, he will be first on our list.

Complete bathroom refurb from ripping the old one out to fitting a new one. Quality of work was to a outstanding quality. Bathroom came within budget but wasnt finished on time. But the factors that affected this wasnt down to Phil it was just the bathroom showing its age once ripped out. If we didnt encounter these problems Phil would have been done in advance. Phil's strengths are plumbing as a whole. Brilliant plumber and tiler and great person to have working in the house. Very reliable and very fair with quotations.
We had seen examples of Phillip's work, and asked him to counter-quote (amongst others) for our main bathroom re-furbishment. He provided a very competitive price, and offered honest and helpful and friendly advice throughout. He was very thorough, prompt, tidy and efficient. All aspects of the work were very neat and professional and we were delighted with the end result, which included a new bathroom suite, with raised platform to lower the bath, large stone corner shower tray,enclosure and power shower, finished off with quite a complicated tiling scheme. The work was finished on time and to the price agreed. We also had an un-related recent issue in another bathroom, a leak, and Phillip came out to it very quickly and resolved it straightaway with absolutely no fuss. We are therefore more than happy to recommend his services. In terms of strengths: honest, easy to deal with, flexible and friendly, professional, good all round skills eg. other trades such as wooden support and tiling, good understanding of project scope and therefore budget control, in touch with the bathroom market and contemporary ideas and methods.
