The team attended, advised would require a plumber to sort out the pipe work as the floor was just about sitting on the the water pipes. This needs to be sorted before the floor boards can be replaced. Phil and team mate, very polite and experienced. Will definitely contact them to complete the works when plumber has sorted out the pipework.

Everything they said was done as promised. Had lost faith in other trades but Phil has restored my faith in people. Good, clean workers and jobs done to good standard. Thank you for correcting other poor work, nothing was too much trouble. Will use this company again without hesitation

Phil & his co-worker were both very professional throughout. They repaired the flooring exactly as discussed, & their attention to detail, accuracy & experience was first class. They even kindly took the time to help with a few additional jobs around the house, which was really appreciated. Both were clean & tidy workers & completed everything efficiently with no time wasting. I will definitely be hiring them again for more jobs in the future. Highly recommended. Thanks Phil

Perchmn interiors quoted for work to my flat front door and after providing detailed requirements for fire safety compliance. Phil carried out the works to a high standard within the promised timescale. Sent me photos and video of door auto closing. Work was excellent. Phil was professional and understanding the of fire reg requirements. And now we awaited for the property owners of the 50 flats to confirm compliance with building fire regs. Would recommends this contractor for a reasonable price and efficient exchange of text messages and ph calls without any delay. Jon.
