A massive thank you to Jimmy and his team. Within 2 weeks of the quote the work was carried out to a high standard. They started on the Friday and finished the work on the Sunday, two days work. How they worked in 28 degrees, I do not know, but they did without any complaints or fuss. They worked so hard in that heat, I cannot praise them enough. Each time I went out they asked if everything was OK, checking the finer details with me. We removed our old decking and they laid new paving to match in with the old, which is a near perfect match considering our old paving was laid 5 years ago with weathering etc. They also put in steps outside my french doors, exactly how I asked. When they had finished they jet sprayed all our paved areas in the garden, also our drive where the sand etc had been placed, saving me a job as it was in need of a clean! I also asked Jimmy if he wouldn’t mind doing a couple of little extras for me and I changed my mind on my original design on the day in one little area, but nothing was too much trouble and he didn’t add on any extra money, which I think a lot of other firms would have! No money was paid upfront and once the works were completed and we were happy we paid in full. Jimmy and his team are professional, conscientious, friendly and worked non stop. The quote was very competitive and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends. A job well done, thank you again.
