    Installation of new electrical hot water Cylinder
    Patryk installed a new electrical hot water Cylinder for me. The Job was completed initially to a satisfactory level . However, After three weeks , one of the heater timers got faulty. He then inspected the situation and put the heater on the spare one and told us he needs to change the main one. After that, he ignored all calls and messages and never came back to get it changed. Due to his unprofessional behavior after sale, I would not recommend him. Now I have to pay someone else to get this fixed.

    Repair of a Daikin Air Conditioning Unit
    Patryk was wonderful. When we initially contacted him, he kindly came assessed the job before quoting. In his assessment he was able to adjust a few things and when he came to start the job he brought everything he needed. He was friendly, polite and concise. We're very pleased with the result - thank you, Patryk!

    Install a new range cooker
    Good communication. Turned up, did the job to my satisfaction and left the area clean and tidy. Would recommend and use again for future works required within my property.

    Bathroom - major works; light tunnel, moving loft hatch

    Patryk was great, did a good job of the bathroom - excellent tiling. Also moved a loft hatch, replastered a bedroom.

    Carry out a one-off Annual service to 2 x Remeha 3002

    Serviced the boilers, they stopped working three days later, he quoted for the issue (which wasn't brought to our attention at service - an extra £1.8k), I naturally wanted to discuss, but I have been chasing him for over a week and have received no response

    Boiler not producing Hot Water

    Patryk was great - he managed to get out to the property the next working day and did the job quickly. He communicated with me throughout the process and afterwards, which was really helpful - will definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Many thanks Patryk!

    Bathroom refit including retiling etc
    I am very happy with the work Patryk did in the refitting (or should I say rebuilding) of my bathroom. Pricing was competitive and he was the most professional of all the builders I saw for quotes. He fit around our timetable and worked very hard to complete the job, keeping everything tidy and clean. He even worked from 9am until 10pm on a sturday night to finish the project on time. The bathroom looks great and works fantastic. I would recommend and use again. Thanks
