Patryk and his team did a great job, managing to protect our furniture from extremely dusty work, and leaving everything looking beautifully neat and tidy.

This was a tired looking small bathroom with a rocky floor and leaking pipes. It has been transformed by Patryk and Seb who took every care to make sure that everything was done to a high standard with no corners cut. It was finished in time and in budget (allowing for unexpected extra work, like replacing a plasterboard wall that disintegrated when he took the tiles off). Patryk worked conscientiously and cheerfully. He made suggestions as to how to make things look better. When problems arose he was ready with a practical solution - I had great confidence in him and Seb, who did the more technical electrical and plumbing jobs. At the end of the job the flat was left in a clean and tidy state. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Patryk and Seb (and their boy) were great to work with. The turned up when they said they would, completed on the timescale they said, and also found and fixed a few issues during the job as well (from previous builders). They were flexible in adding a few amendments to my plan and clear in pricing for the extras. The Bathroom, hallway and kitchen look fantastic and everyone is pleased. Great team and would not hesitate to use again.

Patryk and his team carried out a fantastic job replacing our kitchen floor tiles with vinyl. Great communication, professional and efficient. Very happy with the end results and I would highly recommend.

Working with Patryk and Seb was a great experience. They did a great job and were friendly, professional and totally reliable. They had to work around a tenant which they handled very well and advise me on the bits of the job I did not know (quite a few). They were happy to get fittings from the store when online orders did not show up on time. Totally trustworthy and very user friendly. Thoroughly recommend.

Patrick and his team were absolutely brilliant. Lovely, friendly people. They were super detailed and conscientious, tidy, efficient and went above and beyond to ensure they did an excellent job. P.A Building Services were great. I had kitchen refurbishment work done including a new laminate floor fitted. Patryk sourced all the materials for me taking all the hassle away from me and was very creative in suggesting improvements I’d not even thought of. When the work finished and we walked back into our kitchen we were very pleased with the end result. This company is competitively priced and very professional. I’d highly recommend them.

Patryk has done amazing work. His communication and explanations of what work needs to be done and how long will it take was clear and easily understand.
