Redecorate a room with paint/wallpaper
Remove existing wallpaper, put up new paper and paint a bedroom wall. Darwin arrived at the agreed time and got straight to work with a great end result. Transformed the whole room and worked away with no fuss. Would certainly use again

Paint exterior of cottage
From start to finish Darwin was flawless. Communication was brilliant and quality of work was of the highest standard. Darwin is a delight and quite the perfectionist. We are so happy with all the work that was completed here. I highly recommend Oriel Property maintenance, you won’t be disappointed. We look forward to having Darwin back for future projects.

It was a pleasure working on your cottage and carrying out the full exterior treatment, including moss removal from the walls and chimneys, root extraction from the render, repointing works, replacing damaged bolts to the cast iron guttering, applying a stabilising solution to all bare render surfaces, and finishing with two coats of pliolite paint. I’m really pleased to hear you were happy with both the communication and the final result. Seeing the transformation in the photos really shows the difference, and your feedback means a lot. Wallpapering job : 2 walls

Roof tile to be put back in place

Clean out one small section of guttering.

Gutter leak and Broken Tile
We had an issue with a leaking drain and a broken tile. Darwin provided a very reasonable quote and kindly managed to fit us into his schedule at short notice to fix the problem as quickly as possible. He went above and beyond by clearing the gutter, thoroughly testing to ensure the water was flowing correctly, and repairing the broken tile. He was very informative throughout and showed us before-and-after photos of the work, which we really appreciated. Professional, reliable, and helpful — we would definitely call Darwin again for any future work in our home and highly recommend him.

Wallpaper/Mural - One Wall
Darwin responded to our job and put up a wall mural in less than a week before I posted the job. Job was done quickly and to a high standard. He even screwed by on plug sockets that we had taken off the wall. Couldn’t be happier with it!

Paint exterior of semi detached house
From start to finish Darwin did a fantastic job My pebble dash house was in bad condition with a lot of flaking paint , gutters in poor condition and many cracks in the walls We purchased the house 4 years ago and the house hasn’t been painted in probably 8-10 years Darwin brought me through the process from start to finish and regularly updated me with how work was progressing and how we could improve the finish even further My house has now been transformed and many of my neighbours are already asking for Darwin’s contact details He is honest , transparent and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy I will openly say I have had some bad experiences with contractors in Edinburgh for different jobs but Darwin has definitely delivered the best service so far

Remove and replace cooker hood
Darwin did an incredible job replacing our broken cooker hood with a brand new one. The job was bigger than expected but he went above and beyond to ensure that it fit properly into the space and worked as expected. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. I could not recommend his services more!
