Pat and Joshua were originally booked for a small job but when they got onto the roof they realised it was much bigger. They supplied video evidence and even had me climb up to look myself! I was shocked at the amount of damage there was. Throughout the repair I was sent videos showing progress and the team worked swiftly. Im not very knowledgeable about these things so the videos helped. I will be using them again.

We had a ridge tile off after storm Eunice. Found Joshua and he came and checked the roof and a lot of the ridge tiles were loose. He made safe the initial problem and made arrangements to return to complete the repair. It was delayed a couple of days due to the weather but he came round each day to let us know what was happening. He is pleasant to talk to and well presented and did a good job as far as I can see. Happy to have him again in the future.
