Engineer promised to do the job the next morning, called me to say his van had broken down. Left it for 2 days and called him back, said his van is fixed and will call me back. No call back. Called him today 4x and now there is no answer. I would appreciate if this engineer would be honest and say he can't do the job rather than making excuses and then not having the balls to pick up the phone. We agreed that I will installed the hob, the next morning, my van had an issue which I notified you immediately early and advised you to cancel the job , which you did. Moreover, you had to beg me to pick up the hob for you at the screw fix which I agreed without charging extral. However, the third day you called to say that another engineer has checked job but couldn’t install it, i said I can’t install it now because I have a lot of job on my neck already. You started calling me after the job has been cancelled.

OLAD arrived promptly and on time, he even waited patiently for me to arrive at the property. He knew what he was doing and went up and above what was required. He got my boiler working perfectly and made sure other parts worked successfully. Based on his performance, I have appointed him to work on my other properties.
