Job completed back in December, however the guttering is leaking and is probably worse than it was before. I cannot get hold of Nathan, I've been trying to contact him for months. For the amount I paid for some plastic, I would have thought it would have lasted more than 5 months, considering the house was built in the 40s and its the first time it's been replaced and the old one lasted for 60 years, abit different to 5 months.

The job worked out a lot more expensive than the estimate. Despite him assuring me that the guttering would be sorted, as soon as it started raining, the guttering was worse than before. I now need to find somebody else to rectify. Not impressed to be honest. He said he would come back to sort the guttering but it would cost a lot extra, despite us already paying for it. It’s very difficult to find a trustworthy roofer. Maybe ask friends for recommendations instead but unfortunately I could not recommend this organisation.

Came on time, priced the job, couldn't afford it so he reduced the price by a third. In hindsight I should have said no thanks. £400 for an hours work, wouldn't recommend.

Just had Nathan round to fit a vent tile for us and he let us know of a few other issues with the roof. Nathan took pictures of everything to show us the issues. When we saw the issues ourselves we thought we may as well get them fixed while Nathan was here. Thank you Nathan! You have saved us a potential leak and a lot of money in the future.
