Sam was responsive and very professional. He gave me a good honest price for my garage roof as well as a 10 year guarantee (which others hadn’t). 48 hours later the new roof was on. He (and his team) have done a quick (and cracking) job. Very satisfied customer.

Sam arrived to quote work required for roof. Gave suggestions/options we had regards quality of roof tiles membrane from inside loft. Then took drone and showed me all problems from above roof which showed many cracks and loose ridges and warped flashings. I had options to repair or replace tiles and opted for a new roof. Great quote given and despite other quotes I opted for Northern roofing to complete the work. Terrific communication led to date of commencement of work. Sam gave full rundown as to stages of work to which was rigidly adhered. Scaffold put up on date he mentioned followed by Sam arriving with his team and promptly set to work. What a team very hard working lads no messing about completed work within two days. Gave me all problems with roof and photographs too. I cannot fault the work by Sam and his team. Top lads and I thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for such reliability together with very competitive prices. 5 Star service.

Removal of old felt roof, along with the rotted leaves and other plant matter. Second day 18mm OSB 8x4 sheets fitted to roof structure, later fibreglass sheets were applied with resin in a 3 stage process. Third day consisted of a final resin coat was applied to harden the roof as weatherproof coating, which has a 25yr guarantee. After this final weatherproof coating cured, all the workers reassembled the 11 solar panels back to full working order. All the remnants of rubbish from the flat roof, and our driveway was swept up and taken away by the roofing contractor. All we are waiting for is the scaffolding to be removed and our sky dish to be re-fitted to the wall. These 3 guys just got on with the job, without any hesitation or problems, and we're very professional when removing and reassembling the expensive solar panel system. On the Fourth day, we received over 25 photos of the process from the start to the end result of our new roof.

What a fantastic service we’ve had from Northern Roofing. The team arrived as scheduled, Sam confirmed what we wanted done, and they started immediately. They did an excellent job, and it looks great. They worked hard, and they completed the job as planned. I would definitely recommend them 100%.

Did a really good job cleared all the debris up and left the garage spotless they were very reasonable priced compared to some roofers on my builders would certainly recommend them to anybody who needs roof repairing thanks Sam and the 2 lads with him

We hired Sam for the job after another tradesman let us down and I wish Northern Roofing was my first choice. Sam arrived on the time agreed to give me a quote and it was very competitive, in fact the quote was significantly lower than I expected. Everything about the job was explained and all questions answered straight away. I was happy with everything and we agreed on the start date. The whole job was completely hassle-free for us from start to finish, scaffolding was erected on the day we were told, Sam and his team arrived the morning after and got straight to work. They have done excellent job with great attention to detail and our every request was noted and done. After scaffolding was removed Sam came to clean all fascias and window frames as well. I am absolutely happy with the job Sam and his team done for us and would definitely recommend Northern Roofing and hire the lads again should I need any roof work done.
