First installation went well but then a pane cracked, unfortunately the company delayed coming back to help out despite saying they would, and now won't respond to calls or messages so we now have to find someone else to replace the glass. Shame given they were great when they first came over. Told us about 5 weeks ago that they be in contact in the next two weeks, unfortunately nothing.

There was no job, as the builder did not show up on agreed date and time. No apology and could not contact him.

The job went very well. Nick was very reliable and did a fantastic job. I had three window panes replaced, fitted new handle on window where the original key was broken and fitted new internal mechanism to the lock on window. I’m very happy with the job carried out by Nick and would recommend him to any potential client.

Such a fantastic service from Nick, from quotation to measure and final installation was a pleasant journey. We end up expand the job and did a lot more than just the one window replacement. Amazing service! Highly recommended and will use again!

We needed a professional glazier to change a double glazed window pane, set in a wooden frame. Most suppliers only deal with PVC frames due to it being an easier option, and couldn't find anyone covering Hertfordshire. It was such a joy then to discover Nicholas from The Glazing Squad. Nicholas arranged a site visit to measure up and check the scope of work and did he deliver?!! Too right he did. The Glazing Squad did a fantastic job, at a great price. Nicholas was professional, cleaned up after himself and we would have no hesitation recommending him and will definitely use them again.

Nick and the team did a great job from helping select my door to measuring up and fitting. They were very quick to complete the job to a high standard and I’m very pleased with it. Would definitely use again - thank you!
