Kris, Gustav and their team have been absolutely amazing, cannot praise them enough. First of all - the job ended up being a lot larger than initially thought- as decided to replace old ceilings and flooring, walls -everything was uneven to start with. So took everything back to 'bare bones' and pretty much built it up again as a new house. New electrics, water pipes, completely new kitchen and bathroom. I really appreciate they were very straightforward with the estimated costs from the beginning - it did run slightly over budget but nothing too bad as had some contingency funds prepared. I would have hated to be quoted one price then half way through the project to discover it escalates out of control. Thankfully they are really honest and reliable. They were always easy to reach and replied any question I might have had in a timely manner. This was particularly important to me as I was between uk and us at the time so couln't be 'looking over their shoulder' so to speak. Last but not least the finish and quality of works is absolutely amazing! They couldn't have paid more attention to every little detail if it was their own home. For instance I remember last day of work when they were tidying up Gustav came back to put up door stoppers for me, completely on his own initiative. It's just a little touch but goes to show the dedication they've put into the project and care about the finished product.

We hired Gustav and his team to complete a whole refurbishment of our open plan kitchen and living space and they were outstanding from the offset. They have finished the whole room to such a high specification and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result. What really set them apart was their ability to advise and make suggestions, they gave very honest opinions based on their years of experience and we are confident that the end product would not have looked as good or to such a high standard if we had gone with anybody else. They were always friendly and did the work for a competitive price, we would not hesitate to recommend.

Where to start? The quality of work has been exceptional. Everything they have done has been spot on. No corners cut, suggestions to how things could have been done better, really helpful and really responsive. Came up with better solutions on design and catered for every whim. They use Benchmarx and their kitchens seem to be of a very high standard. The job took longer than they expected (old house - rewiring)but no corners were cut. They have a very skilled team, especially the carpenter who's work on the work tops and making a straight skirting board go round a curve was amazing. Basically, we gave Kris and gustav the keys and they got on with it, clearing up every night. No criticisms or faults. Top job and nice people. If you want further feedback call me on 07764 348 682. Kris and his team did a top job in removing, disposing and installing our Howden's kitchen and laminate flooring throughout the kitchen/living room. The guys were extremely helpful in coming up with solutions when the plan needed to change (due to unexpected waste pipes etc). They were all friendly, communicative and did what they said they would, when they said they would. Would very much recommend the guys / re-hire the guys in future.

We received a prompt reply and visit from GNK Home Makeover to view the property. All building work was carried out by PM Building. As our project was unfinished and inherited from a cowboy builder, PM Building got in touch with building control and had the current work checked over prior to any commitment. A detailed schedule of work and costs was provide, and explained to us. Money was an issue for us, as we lost quite a substantial amount with the 1st builder. The house was made safe and habitable for us to be in it. The new extension came down as it wasn't to building control standard !! no surprise there. During all the process, we were kept informed of all aspects and PM Building manger always asked for our feedback. We only wish that we had found PM Building from the start and not to have to fork out so much money on a standard extension project. Hence we are very pleased with the work carried out and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and on here.

Best job ever done so far, in time and a way we asked for.

We hired Kris, Greg and their team to complete a number of large projects for a house that we had just bought. We were extremely pleased with all the work completed. The team were thorough, conscientious and often made suggestions that improved the result of the job even if it meant additional work/ effort from their side. Done a great job at a good price and my parents are very happy with the work that was done.

I had my kitchen fitted by GNK Home makeover. Kris was very co-operative from the start and negotiated on the price to suit my budget. The work was done to a very high standard. We did ask for extra bits whilst the work was being done and Kris happily accommodated our needs. If something didn't look / feel right, Kris would ensure it was corrected immediately. Also it really helped that Kris team had all the right tools and would go out and buy any parts, paint etc which saved us time and allowed him to continue working without interruptions. He also endeavoured to get the cheapest price possible for us and always kept receipts for us. He is a very honest person and will not let you down and always keeps his word. I would not hesitate to use GNK again for any work that needs doing. It was a pleasure working with him and I strongly recommend him.
