The works started on schedule and were completed within the time frame suggested. Any additional costs were due to me extending the brief. I am really happy with what he and his team /his preferred specialist trades have created and I would definitely use him again.

I mostly been impressed with your attention to details, your good communication, your ability to adapt the construction with our comments. The way you are managing your suppliers, so everything is perfectly orchestra. Brendan stayed until everything was perfectly finished. I can't speak highly enough of Brendan and all of the guys who have been building our 2 storey extension over the last six months. Having a small army in your home could have been a nightmare but they were all very respectful, helpful and trustworthy. In terms of the job itself, Brendan has been truly fantastic - communicating with us at all hours (sorry!) offering advice and guidance to the clueless and being honest and trustworthy throughout. The project completed on time and there have been no unpleasant surprises at all. I would happily recommend Moloney Contractors without reservation.

Brendan was fantastic to work with. Always professional and accommodating to our ever changing requests! Building works never imposed on the rest of the house and tidied away at the end of every day. We would highly recommend Brendan and if we ever need more building works we know who to contact!

Brendan project managed our large and rather complex kitchen extension in our old Victorian school House. From start to finish he was excellent with a great eye for detail. He was professional 100% reliable and we always felt he was acting with our best interests at heart in terms of quality and costs. We would hire him again at the drop of a hat!

We hired Brendan to build us a large 2nd-storey extension(630 sq ft) above the garage and Kitchen and have been extremely pleased with and his teams>> both BRICKLAYERS & his CARPENTRY experience. There was careful attention to detail & good workmanship which has left us with a beautiful extension seamlessly married to the old build. - we always knew exactly what was happening on site. He kept us fully informed and his team were diligent in their tasks and always informed me if designs needed changing for the better. Brendan gave exact time frames at different stages and made sure he kept to them. If there was any delays or extra work needed, he and his team worked overtime to keep to the timetable. Brendan's quote was competitive and he managed to complete the project within the set budget. *I on top of the completed project asked Brendan to come in again to do a complete overhaul and installation of a NEW STAIRCASE. Thanks to his brilliant Carpentry skills, he did a Brilliant job which to my family's delight got it all done and dusted in TWO DAYS. Brendan is an outstanding carpenter. He is reliable with good communication and affordable rates.

Fantastic job. New kitchen and bathroom initially and a multitude of other jobs which we found and Brendan completed happily. All work was to an excellent standard. Very clean and tidy. We really can not reccomend highly enough.
