The job was to replace a flat roof. Mark and his team did a great job. The price was good. The work was done to a good standard and the property was left clean and tidy once completed. Mark communicated well with us and kept us up to speed at all times and was great to deal with.

Having taken up several quotes, I decided that the competitive quote given by Mr King, coupled with his clear understanding of his work, ability and willingness to work around the necessary complexities and restrictions arising from the premises being a children's day care setting, made him the clear choice for both the initial guttering and flat roof job & several other jobs to follow. Some of these jobs involved scaffolding over three floors, working on chimneys and flat roofs at a height. As I was unable to access these areas Mark took photo's to enable me to see the condition of these areas myself and enable me to make informed decisions about which of the options he was able to offer me that I wished him to undertake on my behalf. I felt very confident about Mark's work and found him to be very helpful and accommodating.
