We hired this company to make some changes to our new build kitchen. Although they weren't the cheapest quote we were sold on the promise of guarantees of work , in house trades and quick resolution of any issues after work was complete. Unfortunately this has not been the case. In the weeks following completion we realized that they had not fitted a vent below the new fridge/freezer, (as per quote), our sink overflow was fitted incorrectly allowing water to flood the cupboard below and a lot of the work was poorly done, (plastic left on cooker hood, fridge handles poorly fitted, filling not sanded). I have tried , unsuccessfully to get these issues resolved for the last 3 months but have been met with excuses or just no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone else unfortunately.

I recently had to call on the services of Kent Renovation Ltd. Due to been badly left down by a previous kitchen fitter. Charles & Gary visited the property to carry assessment of the work needing to be done along with work schedule,time frame for completion. During the course of the assessment it was decided that work needed to be carried out urgently due health and safety reasons. Ashley and his colleague visited later that afternoon to start the work. From start to finish I was always kept updated of work progress . All work carried out was to a very high standard. Thanks to Charles and Ashley carrying out some preventative work at the property prevented a massive problem developing any further. Well done! Would I recommend Kent Renovation Ltd. Absolutely 100%.

Really great communication, any issues are quickly remained which made me feel in good hands. High quality of would. Would recommend!
