I have advertised this job in despair as we have been through an ordeal with our bathroom problems. Mason Property Services has picked up my job advert within a few hours of posting it. Philip came out to look at the bathroom next day and gave professional advice on what the best way to proceed would be. We agreed that fitting a new shower is the most urgent thing to do. He made himself available to do this job straightaway as we were in an inconvenient situation with the shower not working and no bath in the house. As soon as the necessary equipment were obtained and the preliminary electric work was completed, Philip and his colleague came to install an additional cold water tank on the loft and to fit a new digital shower. They completed this job within only a few hours. They have left everything clean and tidy. All the administration and communication (quote, emails, phone calls etc.) went smoothly. I can't express how pleased I am with Mason Property Services. I am really grateful for their excellent work and I can highly recommend them to anyone.

Phil and his team did a lovely job fitting our bathroom. He talked us through every step and left everything clean and tidy. Will definitely be using him again to fit a boiler.

Really happy with my bathroom. Phil did a good job and was really good with communication. The bathroom was also completed on time which I was happy about.

Phil, Ross and Keith did a brilliant job on our new bathroom - we are so happy with the job they did and are in love with our new bathroom. They were great to have in the house, really polite and explained everything they were doing and talked me through any issues they encountered while fitting the bathroom so that I knew what might have to change. They even had a look at my broken outdoor tap for me and fixed it at no extra cost! We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for any other bathroom/plumbing needs!
