Finally - a tradesman that you can actually have faith in! If you're looking for someone who will actually:- 1. Make contact with you shortly after registering your job. 2. Arrange to meet shortly after your initial contact. 3. Turn up at the agreed time. 4. Talk knowledgably about the requested job. 5. Provide a non exorbitant quote & reasonable time scale for work start/completion. 6. Turn up at the pre-arranged time on the day specified. 7. Ensure your belongings are protected from dust/damage. 8. Undertake a high quality job in the time frame specified. 9. Leave the site clean & tidy. 10. Charge what the quotation stated. If like me, these are the things that you had been searching for (but simply couldn't find) - then contact Mark ASAP (Before the secret gets out!)

What a breath of fresh air to find a totally reliable tradesman. Mark gave a very reasonable quotation for the job, produced a contract stating exactly what the job entailed and the fixed price. Arrived promptly on the day he said, carried out the work to a very high standard, cleared all debris and left the work area spotless. I would have no hesitation in employing Mark Kilner for any future work.
