Review left on 13 May 2022Rating: 1 out of 5Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishment(Updated on 10 Jan 2023)I'm not happy because they left me with a washing machine in my bathroom I cannot take out of my bathroom without taking my glass shower wall down and removing the bathroom door. This was after raising my concerns about this with them because everybody knows washing machines don't last forever They break down and you have to get new ones And now i have to get a new washing machine because no one will fix it because it is in a bathroom And no one will take it away and put a new one in because it's in a bathroom And if the washing machine was to burst into flames my home would not be insured because it is in a bathroom So these builders and there kitchen designer have left me in a very expensive MESS THANKS A LOTAnswer from tradesperson:
I have only just seen this negative feedback as this is a job completed a while ago... I have never fitted a washing machine in a bathroom before and was not what i wanted to do? The drawings were accepted by the customer before the work was undertaken and was drawn up by magnet as both 2D and 3D designs along with the kitchen. The frustrating part here is this job was a project that included a full makeover of kitchen/bathroom/flooring/plastering/walls/decoration and boiler upgrade with electrics and i have negative feedback for a washing machine breaking down after a few years, not workmanship that if i would have been called i would have assisted? Feel this is harsh given the circumstances that it was a customer decision and years have passed.

Review left on 19 Sep 2017Rating: 3 out of 5Refit of bathroomBathroom refit looks ok but was frustrating. Mark and Lee were nice and happy to leave them in my house alone. Plumbing was good. Problems with the room, workmanship and faulty goods were addressed when identified but caused me some stress. Electricians attended in the evening, not really convenient, problems they left were mostly rectified with several additional visits, bit messy and additional costs were incurred here. Communication was the biggest issue with this refit. This has overrun by five weeks and to finish I purchased and had to fit the last necessary piece myself to allow us to use the shower, mostly down to the lack of communication issue.Review from Customer of LY PLASTERERS Customer of LY PLASTERERS

The job was well organised; it is a small bathroom and the different trades all got the access they needed Very pleased with the plumbing, tiling and electrics. The guys were friendly, very tidy and communication was excellent. Thanks to them all.
