Unfortunately as agreed id be starting at 9am. When I turned up at 9am there was no materials on site, and then was told your partner has gone out to buy them this morning. I still waited for an hour and still nothing. So we moved on.

The whole installation process was a breeze and you can tell that it is down to his knowledge and experience with carpet fitting. The communication about the job and timescales for install was exceptional. The process on a whole was very efficient and extremely professional. Lorenzo is such a sound guy who you couldn’t ask for a better experience and service. I would 1000% recommend using Lorenzo Carpets; and will most certainly be using him again in the future.
