Andreas and his team were very professional in their dealings with me and easy to deal with in incorporating the costings for extra work as the contract proceeded. They were polite and accommodating and the work was completed to a very good standard

Andreas and team did a great job of the retaining wall in my garden. They were quick, responsive, tidy and made sure the job was done to satisfaction - would definitely hire again.

Andreas arrived the same day to view the job and what was needed, he made me feel at ease and comfortable and booked me in. He arrived first thing in the morning with his colleague and they both got straight to it, and done a fantastic job, I am so pleased and happy with the service I will be using them again for other projects. Andreas and his team managed the job extremely well - were quick, efficient, communicated well and managed any unexpected complexities in a calm and fair way. Would happily recommend.

Andreas and his team were great. They worked really hard to get the job done on time despite the sewer trench being a little more complicated. There were a few issues with enough materials needed but that was rectified and the utilities trench was completed. We had a 13 meter sewer trench and 23 meter electricity and water trench. Perry was fantastic, knowledgeable, conscientious and very hard working. Andreas was always approachable. Overall we’re happy with the work done. Andrea’s even offered to send someone back to do a clean up after everything was removed but we didn’t end up needing that.

Like most ground works there can be difficulties in what you find underground and this job was no different. Andreas of London Formwork and Groundworks Ltd took these difficulties and owned them ensuring the work was done on time and budget. Would use this company again and recommend them.

I had a great experience with London Formwork and Groundworks Ltd. They carried out trench excavation works and reconfigured two existing gullies with complete professionalism. The team carefully dug the trench, installed shingle correctly, and connected the new brown drainage pipe from the existing foul drain up to the location of our proposed extension. The work was done efficiently, neatly, and to a very good standard. They clearly knew what they were doing with drainage falls and pipe connections, and everything was left tidy afterwards. Reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any groundwork or drainage works. Very pleased with the outcome.

Really friendly team, done a very good job and also got rid of extra rubbish for no extra charge would highly recommend.
