    tile the bathroom floor

    nice guy but,left the jot almost Finish to go for holiday and got paid full.never came back or contacted and did not bring my front door key back that i gave it to him while he was working here...

    End of Units replacing and new dishwasher fitting
    Lee responded to my request very quickly and came to look at the work required, he came back with a very reasonable cost and a solution to an issue I had with part of my kitchen that was damaged thru a dishwasher leak, he removed the old machine, repaired the floor and fitted a new dishwasher and also undertook an additional tiling repair to my hallway. He turned up when he said he would, did a good, clean and honest job and I would not hesitate in using him again or recommending his services.

    Handyman / Carpenter needed
    Lee provided an excellent well-proced service. He completed the work I required to an excellent standard - far better than I thought it could be done! He was pleasant, very helpful and left the house in a clean state. I would highly recommend Lee, and will be using him again for future work.

    En Suite

    Lee has just completed my ensuite, removing all the old fixtures and fittings and installing a complete new shower, sink unit and toilet. He has fully tiled both the walls and the floor. In my opinion, the work has been completed to a very good standard at a very reasonable price. He has managed the whole project and utilised other tradesmen he knows to complete the specialist tasks. i.e. plastering of the ceiling and electrical work. I would not hesitate to recommend Lee as an honest, polite and tidy tradesman who provides a good standard of workmanship at a competitive price.

    shower room and bathroom fitting

    Waited for Lee for many weeks and he kept putting job off, had to get another builder to do the job, wouldn't recommend Lee

    Answer from tradesperson:

    This comment has been based upon me not turning up and not on my work quality. The customer and myself had agreed a start date which I had to put back by 1 week through circumstances relating to a current job at the time going over the estimated finish time. I kept in contact with the complaint customer with regular updates to which I had no trouble with. We had agreed that I would start on a specific date with the customer. I was ready to start work, to which the customer had informed me she had arranged another builder to do the work. This was done without any contact or discussion with myself.

    Complete New Kitchen

    Lee has just completed by kitchen and has done a very nice job at a very competetive price. All work was done as per specification and Lee has done a great job of boxing in the boiler & extending the worktop. I would recommend Lee to anyone who is looking for a conscientious, polite and courteous workman who get on with the job in hand with minimal fuss. I have asked Lee to do some other small jobs around the house as I was happy with the level of workmanship.

    Tiling the area between the worktop and the wall units, and around the window. Also replace two units either side of the cooker with new made to measure units.

    Lee did a great job of re-tiling my kitchen and re-grouting my existing clay floor tiles. He also constructed and fitted two very narrow cupboards to my exact requirements. I would recommend him as a reliable, courteous and competent tradesman and I am pleased to have met him as he is willing to do small jobs as well as large ones.
