    Complete renovation in my 3 storey house. Top to bottom. Absolutely delighted with the high standards of work carried out. Garden fencing also garden decking done, front door porch designed and erected from scratch. Picket fencing also. Installed jacuzzi in the house kitchen stone flooring, plumbing, electrics done, chandeliers put up while house plastering, too much to list, very very delighted and happy with the TOP CLASS FINISH AND QUALITY. Highly highly recommended. Punctuality spot on would use again.

Original: Install 1 x basin, 1 x bath, 1 x cabinet, 1 x extractor fan, 1 x mirror, 1 x shaver socket, 1 x shower in bath, 2 x taps, 1 x toilet Other services required: lighting, painting and decorating, plastering, wall tiling Additional information: Refurbishment of small bathroom in terraced house. Remove existing bathroom fittings and install new suite in same locations. Remove existing tiles (currently covering whole room) and re-tile around bath/shower. Plaster where necessary. Remove existing suspended ceiling skim and fit light fitting. Install cabinet with shaver point, mirror etc. Lay good quality lino flooring..

    Mr Levytskyy did a bathroom renovation/installation at my property and has subsequently done some roof repairs at the same location. He installed a new basin, bath, cabinet, extractor fan, mirror, sockets, shower/bath, taps and toilet. He also refurbished a small bathroom in a house I let and completely ripped out and replaced the bathroom in another house. The quality of his work is good, he started when he said he would and finished without any problems. We made a couple of alterations to the original spec and Ivan was happy to do these. He's a nice guy with a can-do attitude which is helpful. I'd be happy to use him again.
