Happy with outcome boiler now working work carried out quickly and efficiently by Dean who I would recommend without hesitation.

I’ve worked with many tradesmen over the years, but it must be said that Dean is among the best of them. He seems to have worked efficiently and hopefully completed the task to a high standard. Several checks were made before he left site and his cleaning up was good. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this plumber and would give 100%. Dean responded quickly to my posted job and completed the repair to my broken boiler pipes quickly. Given that it was a weekend, I was pleased at how quickly he was able to restore the heating to my home.

Excellent service from the first phone call to finishing the job

Prompt response to our enquiry, visit arranged next day, Dean phoned before arrival and set about servicing the boiler. He checked the faulty radiators and got them warming properly, and advised changing the valves, which were sticking. He agreed to return to replace the three valves and complete the seal on the fume outlet. He was polite and helpful with advice. He got on with the job and was done in about 90 minutes. We will certainly call on his services again.

Dean checked the boiler and verified that the boiler was not the fault of the loss of pressure. His suggestion to check for a leak in the system proved to be correct. Thank you.
