We were really pleased with the work lee and his boys carried out. They were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Also our 2 sons enjoyed having them here ( and helping)

Great communication from Lee , told us who was coming when and really project managed the build. Very happy with the job , completely recommend sbs to anyone , but not MAy next year as booked him again for another project! That should tell you all you need to know. Thanks Lee :)

I hired SBS to build my utility room extension and new rear patio as they were local builders and their estimate was by far the most detailed that I received and very competitive. Before work began, construction and payment schedules were agreed with Lee and my designer so that the whole process began on time and was largely completed on time (8 weeks) and to estimate (other than extras I requested during construction). The finish is excellent, not surprising as all the subcontractors were established local tradesman. Lee and Aaron were great to work with, kept me informed on progress and importantly, I was able to leave them in charge when away. Can fully recommend SBS for other jobs.

Outstanding. . . Thank you Lee for a great job done , you delivered above and beyond. .You have to be so careful these days when hiring a tradesman but Lee and his team were brillant. My wife and I are so happy that Lee will be doing all our future building work.

Lee & Aaron were a pleasure to have on site. The work was completed in a timely and neat fashion. Would certainly recommend to others

Lee completed a double storey front extension to our 3 bedroom semi-detached property, the work was to extend the existing third bedroom and provide a ground floor shower room. He has managed the whole project, providing details of reliable tradesmen to complete the project to a high standard. Lee has been very conscientious, and methodical to his approach to the project. He was polite and approachable, and ensured that the work was completed with the minimal amount of disruption. We would recommend Lee to others without any hesitation.

Lee undertook a double storey front and rear extension to 3 bed 70's semi, kitchen extension, bedroom, ensuite, cloakroom and a new garage. It was a large job - he took a lot of pressure away - when we had sorted out what we wanted to do - he then took on this project and managed it very well. We were more than happy with his work. He was courteous and tidy and he took great care in keeping the disruption to a minimum and the site was always tidy. We are delighted with the result and would recommend him.
