Leon was very helpful when he visited the site and understood exactly what was needed to solve a very messy and nearly non existent boundary. He also understood the drainage problem in the basement and agreed a resolution. He has provided a quotation which is split into sections and work commences in quite a short timescale. Communication has been excellent and I have every faith that there will be no problems.

We are very pleased with the finished product, all work was completed on time and to the highest standards. Leons team were all very professional and the workmanship second to none. They were all onsite when promised and the levels of disruption were minimal, they were as clean and tidy as possible with this type of work. We have already recommended them to our friends and family and they are due to start another job for a family member soon.

Total refurb of male and female toilets in public house, including plastering, plumbing, carpentry, electrics and tiling. Work was carried out to a very high standard and was completed within timescale given. I would highly recommend Leon for any building services and would not hesitate in using him again for future works. A reliable and honest builder.
